i personaly dont think royal mail are to blame i think mcvities are just being pains
i mean they must be left with thousands left over becouse of there rubbish system

Well I cant blame Royal mail as my one got delivered and that was proven by the fact I sent both claims in the same bag and one got processed so its all down to the handling house..

Does anyone actualy know who they are I might look for a way to get hold of them directly

i personally think that the handling house have not done a reliable job or have lost them seriously this is getting silly im still waiting for nearly half what i won couse mcvities handling house have not done a good job. all mine were signed for ect they got there but yet mcvities are yet to pay out thousands of pounds

That's me all paid out now.
McVities owe me one cheque, though I have already paid the sharer.
Royal Mail lost a wrapper sent recorded delivery and they sent a book of 6 stamps as compensation so lost out there!
Two people owe me now:
Itselliebell...kept me informed - cheque clearing
Sassysoo7....more chance of seeing a flying pig than a cheque from her I've a feeling!
Actually, one of the stamps royal mail sent I might use to send sassysoo7 a congratulations card. What d'ya think folks if I send the following message to her...
"Well done - you had everyone conned into thinking you were honest and were going to share!! Congratulations!"

Ah I just rang Arc handling house on 01234 742777 and they gave me 0843373333 this number to ring so Im back to mcvitites now but on a diffrent number.
So will try these and get back to see if anything gets things moving



Edit* whilst browsing Ark-H website I found part of there mission statement lol...

Mistakes will be made- It is our duty to:

Put them right at no expense to our clients
Be honest about them
Learn from them
Try not to make the same ones twice

Lol well lets hope they live up to the first part!!!!!!!!!
