they told me 2 weeks ago mine was being sent out that week. i have not received them yet :rolleyes:

i have now emailed them and am waiting for them to get back to me although they have emailed me back to say they are looking into it. today will be 74 days :eek: since they received my winning wrappers.

i think someone else said they were told the winning wrapper was not received

Yeap think its disgusting £250 is ALOT of money, she owes me £25 but that's nothing compared to £250, do you think these people that owe money have a heart or brain for that matter giving out their address and then not paying - doesn't make sense to me!!!.:mad:

Some people seem to believe that just because your dealing with somebody on a forum then its tough luck for being so trusting. This is mistaken.

If its clearly set out in correspondence at the time of the agreement that winnings will be split then you will have legal redress. Its a contract plain and simple. Google small claims - not as complex or expensive as people think. I'd imagine you have all their contact details so try a formal letter asking for payment and take it from there.
