Just want to say a HUGE thanks to Penelopepitstop, she sent me half of a win (£25) after I never recieved the packet. Luckily it was sent recorded so she can claim but it was a lovely thing to do, so thank you!!

I had a nice phone call from ruth again this morning asking me for the same info that she called me with the other day, explained that I didnt have any tracking numbers again and she couldn't understand why they had passed it back to her to call me up.

I've decided to let the £50 go has I can't prove that I sent it or that they received it.
The wins refer to lostbuyer or tcjp and has I have contacted lostbuyer twice to ask if they sent it recorded delivery and got no reply then I am just going to send tcjp half.
I would have been quite prepared to share the £50 3 ways or whatever was to everyones satisfaction but I feel that this would be the fairest way forward now.

Still no reply from SOFTPAD OR STACYXX I wouls have thought after naming and shaming them they other day that it might have prompted another "your cheque is in the post" BS.

Im still waiting for 3 cheques but most from very near the end, none are shares on here thank goodness. I also have 2 people I havent heard from yet, one i've written off now and the other I hope will still get in touch

I am waiting on 3 cheques from the 23rd August, 27th August and 2nd September. Strangely though all wins I had after those dates have now been recieved!

With regards to them stating to some people that they havent recieved the claim, I think they are just using it as an excuse. I think the truth of the matter is that whoever is dealing with the actual payouts is badly organised. I had a shared £500 win with Marksbananas, which was sent recorded delivery. They told me it hadnt been recieved. Luckily Marksbananas still had the reference number which clearly showed it being signed for. I rang them back twice a day for several days and if they rang me back I didnt answer so that they would leave a message instead, just so that I always had proof of what I was being told. As if by magic, my claim was then suddenly 'found' and the cheque was sent to me the following week. My three outstanding are still currently being processed (apparently!)
