Yup i also agree its bang out of order the people who arent sharing their wins, you should be ashamed of yourselves and if there is another comp like this then we all need to be on our guards and be wary of who we share with

I'm gettin so peed off.

I won £250 with melandtony at the end of august, I sent the packet to mcvities on the 1st sept, and when i tracked it it said it had been delivered on the 2nd. Still no cheque!! I also won two £50 shares (1 in my name and the other in my partners) after this and have had those cheques and settled with the people I shared with. I've phoned mcvities twice and just been told that it's dealt with by a promo company. The 2nd time she took my details and said she'd get the company to contact me but have heard nothing!!!

I sympathise. I'm still waiting for 2 cheques from end Aug. I was told oneof them was sent but, when I emailed to say I hadn't received it, McV's did an about turn and said they hadn't received the wrapper!!

With the other win, they have emailed to say they have received the wrapper but have no record of the win!!

I also had a wrapper go missing onroute to a sharer (completely genuine but we're both down £25 thanks to Royal Mail). I've also had no contact from a sharer who won with my code early Sept (and is someone that others on the board have doubts about whether they will pay up)

Apart from that, I have another 5 wins in total where the cheques still haven't been received but I'm not worried about these yet

I won £600ish in shares in total but I'm still waiting for £275 of it!

I've been emailing them but they typically take a week to get back to me so it's taking ages to sort out.

When I chased up my 2nd late Aug win, they just emailed back saying they didn't have a record of the win and must have expected I'd leave it at that :eek: Obviously, I emailed back to say they needed to recheck as I had a proof that I had won

I know I shouldn't have but I arranged to have some long overdue work done in the house on the strength of these wins coming through within 28 days and am struggling to pay for the work done now, it's turned into a complete nightmare for me.

It's sad that a few greedy people have spoilt it for others :mad:

Now a good idea might be to post the home towns of any non payers and if anyone lives close they may offer to give them a visit or at least hand post a reminder of their debts through their door.
It may be enough to give them a fright and make them rethink.

Okay i'm waiting on 6 people to pay me, some peeps have been in touch others haven't. I've sent various pm's to these people and to be honest i'm not happy! :mad: I've paid out nearly all my cheques now i owe 2, 1 which may not get paid out by mcvities anyway(missing packet) so i'm basically all paid up. I never thought people would not keep to their side of the bargain and i'm really dissapointed. I certainly know who i can and can't trust now and won't be making the same mistake again, such a shame some people couldn't share. (Was it really worth it)? To everyone who has paid me, thankyou very much, thanks for sharing codes and keeping in touch with me too! I've made some great friends through bonking, and hope to see (most of you) in the next big comp! :D:D
