I am. No reply to most e-mails but OH called them last week. They said to call back in a week as they are still working through the backlog.

Emailed McVities last week about win on 2nd September. they said they would pass to promotions team. Not heard anything for a week so emailed again. they replied that they are not dealing with comp and they would chase up promotions team and get back to me when they hear anything.

I phoned mcvities today has I didnt know which cheque had come from before the 3rd sept and they reckon someone will call me back today or tomoro, she was really helpful though so I reckon she probably will.
Thats one of the first cheques that I'm missing up to now and still waiting on quite a few more but they were late wins.
I'm also missing 0335 0710 if anyone has it?? It may turn up yet but not sure xxx
