is there not a number direct to the handling company? or is it just to mcvities think its time i give them a ring! still waiting on two cheques from the start

I haven't heard of any direct number. I wish there was one, as I worry that no-one will get back and I'll have to keep chasing them.

Hi everyone - when I enquired at the Post Office the guy said the PO Box was registered to a company called The Ark Handling Group who are administering the promotion. Just googled them and they are in Wilstead - at Unit 1, Kenneth Way, MK45 3PD. Telephone number for them is: 01234 742777 and web address is http://www.ark-h.co.uk.

May be worth ringing them directly if you aren't getting any success from McVities then you have a direct contact with the handling company.

Hi Spidy - cheers for the message. Everything went as well as can be expected I guess but currently have an X.O.H. taking refuge in their room and haven't seen them for nearly 3 days (blessing in disguise I guess) and going to see mum and dad tomorrow night.

We are both stubborn and neither will move out until the house is sold so a bit of deadlock on that front at the moment!
