Urgent! How do I find out when check in closes?

Flight from Glasgow airport this morning to Cancun. How do I find out what the absolute latest check in can be? Son has broken down on the A9.

All I have is flight number and operator. Glasgow website gives number for Thomas Cook but it's just a recorded message.

Ideas?

I couldn't even see that on the website. :rolleyes:

Just phoned and the main help desk person said there was no-one to speak to at TC but that check in will close an hour before the flight. They might show discretion 45 minutes before but definitely no way after that.

I can't see him making it.

Thanks all.

Been nothing but trouble since yesterday. He had to fly home from working in Norway and had to get 3 flights to do so. They ran late which meant he then missed his train. By the time he finally got home it was 8pm and he'd left Norway at 9am yesterday morning.

He got maybe 3 hours sleep then had to get up to pick his girlfriend up and drive to Glasgow for their holiday flight.

Car conked out about 3 miles outside of Pitlochry (he actually ran out of petrol. Idiot!) and he had to leave the (understandably very annoyed) girlfriend in the car whilst he ran the 3 miles into town, got a jerry can full of petrol and tried to find a taxi firm running at that time in the morning to take him back to the car (and the annoyed girlfriend). :rolleyes:

I daresay he will now end up speeding (he's 20 and might miss his flight so I'd say speeding was a certainty in this scenario), he will either be pulled by a flashing blue light (and will be wound up to the nines by this time and will end up being rude and getting lifted) or will be flashed and fined gazillions of pounds. I daresay there's still loads of roadworks in Glasgow too.

He still has to get the car into whatever parking place the girlfriend booked it into AND change his money at the airport as he couldn't do it beforehand with working away. He's not got a hope.

And there was I saying the other day he was a lucky sort. :rotfl:

Will let you know later if he makes it or not.

Wonders how much a change of name of the flight tickets would be and can I get to Glasgow Airport in time!

Has he got money ordered at the Airport? and can you tell us which car park it is so we can find the directions for you to relay as some of them are tricky. Perhaps a call to the car park will speed him through that bit when he arrives there?
