I've been in the same situation.

Request their contact details on ebay here:

Then give them a call.

If they don't want to play ball, then what Paypal told me to do was report it to the police for fraud, either on Royal Mail's side or the buyer's side. You then get a crime reference number which you pass onto Paypal to prove you are serious.

Mine got sorted in the end, but Paypal did not refund the 'chargeback fee' of £9.00 that they take, and it took 120 days to get the money back as that is how long the buyers credit card company take to 'investigate'!!!

I DIDNT SELL THROUGH EBAY I SENT HIM AN INVOICE VIA PAYPAL that is why i cant get his number up through ebay
