paypal reverse charge help

    the CUSTOMER told he me has recieved the item
    So why has the customer raised an item not received claim? :confused:

    Absolutely no point, paypal require online proof of delivery to stop a chargeback should it go that far, an email is not proof of delivery.

    the bank has reversed the payment as he paid with his wifes account
    dont do weight loss i do size loss
    size loss nearly out of a 22 :D

    Ah, so the seller has acted fraudulently.

    Report the matter to the police or/and consider raising a small claim in court against the buyer for the amount owed :)

    that would be what i would be doing now
