I really am confused. I can only conclude an agenda is at foot.
It has now been pointed out by more than one poster that her 1 dimensional view is skewed, and inconsistent.
It has been pointed out that MSE has reported a quote.
It has been pointed out that MSE does report housing matters.
It has been pointed out that she is inconsistent.
Helpful, friendly people have tried to advise how one can examine a conclusion to test its validity.

If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.

This forum is dedicated to House Prices,
and features a nervous symbiosis consisting of everyday folk predicated upon by an army of gloomy souls that sweat at the thought of money loss.
Prices go down prices go up, ho hum, over a lifetime nothing to be concerned with unless you are so zero'ed in on relative cash accumulation that it becomes your God.0
