Not been a good afternoon; just after my last post my mum phoned to say dad had gone out for a walk and not come back ... he cant walk far, he shuffles and very slowly, so he only does very small distances before he's worn out. My sister and I went over and drove round looking for him but couldn't see him and in the end we called the police. After much more driving round and frantic searching the police located him trying to cross a very busy main road (2 members of the public had called them to say someone was trying to cross it on foot), in total he'd walked about 6 miles :eek: :eek: He'd stopped at a shop and got a can of red bull (my dad is the last person on earth I can imagine drinking red bull), didn't like it so threw it over someones fence :eek: :rotfl::rotfl:

Hmm, well everyones safe and well so all is good but its just been one of those days, again

Gosh that is a long time - you and your mum must have been out of your minds with worry.

It was, he doesnt remember his address or phone number either (has them written on a bit of paper in his wallet but didnt have it with him). We're gonna get him a thing like dogs have on their collars in case he escapes again He went out about 11ish so missed lunch completely, missed his medication ... was a bloody nightmare afternoon but hey ho, all good in the end Now i just need to think about the ironing and all the jobs I haven't done yet today ...

Really tired tonight, just waiting for Mr. Tesco to deliver my shopping before jumping in the bath and crashing into bed by about 7pm I reckon

Nothing much else to report today, another bet done for tonight, hoping for some more free bets from it. Really struggling to keep my eyes open already

Tesco order arrived, bath done, just eaten a hot chicken salad, ds in the bath at the moment, almost time for bed, happy days
