Just waiting for a lady rto turn up to do a medical for my new life insurance. I have to do a urine sample and I forgot to go for a wee at lunchtime at work and by the time I remembered I thought I'd better not go in case I couldn't go again when she gets here, but now I really want to go and have my legs crossed

Once she's been I'm going o mums, shes doing a roast dinner I've told her I'm on my diet but mum isn't the best when it comes to low-fat cooking Oh well, I'll enjoy it, have plenty of veg and then carry on again tomorrow

Aww thankyou Hyps, tbh I'm gonna really enjoy it, its the end of my first week on my diet and I've been dead good so this is my treat I reckon I'll lose half a stone when I finally go for a wee too :rotfl:

I have never heard of this before either is it a new thing with life insurance! Good luck BB hope you manage to produce a sample :rotfl:

*Has flashback to pee stress during Pharmacology & Physiology labs at Uni (we kept having to drink/take A B or C and pee in bottles for our labs and analyse the differences in the pee / volume etc :eek:) :rotfl: There is nothing quite like having to pee on demand then have your friends laugh at it! :rotfl:*

I don't know if its a standard thing but cos I had heart problems when I was younger I always get interrogated a bit more thoroughly Anyway, all was fine and have had a lovely dinner at mums, dread to think of the points but I haven't had my frys chocolate cream tonight to help minimise the damage and tomorrow morning is weigh-in time

Just came home from mums and am worried that I may have been caught speeding, there were 2 random policemen stood at the end of an alley (near a dodgy estate) and one was holding a video camera and was vaguely pointing it downwards at the road. Not sure if they were anything to do with road traffic, I think they were the community police type people, but not sure why they'd have a camera? Do traffic police have handheld video cameras?? Hmm, will be watching out for postie for a bit now

It was weigh in this morning and I have lost 3 lbs this week :j :j I started off at 12 stone 1/2lb, and today am 11 stone 11.5lbs

I had a Hypno night though, I went to bed about 11 and then ds hada mojor coughing fit at 2.30 and that left me wide awake until about 5 No surprise then that I feel pretty yucky this morning, I will need to make sure I stick to the eating plan today as I will be tempted to eat stodge as I'm tired

10p on the scratches this morning, nothing much else to report so far
