I got two items listed on ebay tonight, I have downloaded turbolister and spent a while faffing around trying to get the hang of it. I think it will speed things up though and at least then I can upload at convienient times rather than just whenever I get a few minutes :D

I set up a new reward chart for ds for bedtimes as they seemed to be getting a bit out of control again. He has 5 things he has to do (put pj's on when he's told, not call out once he's in bed etc ... ) and for each one he does he gets 10p. If he manages all 5 he gets a bonus 50p, so theres a possible £1 per night. I never thought he'd get more than 20p a night as he really struggles to give in at bedtime, but oh no, he's decided he wants to save up for mario kart and this is the third night since we started it and its the third night he's got the full £1 :o I know I should be pleased but its gonna cost me a fortune :rotfl:

Morning all, not a happy one here. My Nan was taken into hospital a few days ago as she had a urine infection and hypothermia, she hasn't been getting any better and last night mum got a call at 1am to say to go in ... mum called at 8 to say she, my dad, my aunt and my grandad are all sat there and she's had 2 lots of morphine and now its just a matter of time :o:o Great bloody new year

Well I'm just sat here waiting for the phone call now :o I've caught up with a few threads while I've been here and have ordered a set of Rocky dvds for ex's birthday (from ds), they were £9.99 (+ 40p tracked on quidco) and I normally spend £15 on him, so am pleased with that ;) Also have opened a bank account with Halifax, you get £5 a month as long as you pay in £1k a month. I will transfer it across from the mortgage pot, wait for it to arrive, then send it back, an easy fiver every month which may make up from the expected loss from the scratchcards :D
