OK, I'll have a go.
Sudden = happening straight away, as opposed to gradually occurring.
External = something must happen outside of the item, i.e. not a breakdown.0 -

Definition of accidental damage = 'Unexpected and unintended damage caused by sudden and external means'
I am at a loss to see :
1- What does “caused by sudden external means” actually mean in lay mans terms?
2- How/Why this "sudden external means" become a part of a definition of accidental damage?
So go on then explain (if you can), better still just forget it, obviously you lot aint a clue.Campaigning to recycle Insurance Policies into Toilet Paper :rotfl:
