I'd like to see the Grand Canyon - I've flown over it on several domestic U.S flights, but I'd like to get down on the ground and see things for myself.
I'd like to see The Great Wall, Thailand, some parts of Canada, do the trans-siberian railway. Oh, I'd like to do the Antartica marathon (https://www.icemarathon.com), but at eight thousand pounds entry fee, that might be out, and by the time I have that money to spare, I won't be able to run very far anyway.
In August, I'm off to Australia to see the Barrier Reef, Sydney and Ayers Rock, so that's three things I've always wanted to see.
I'm more interested in natural sights and wonders than big cities. Like the Aztec ruins, the pyramids, mountains etc. And once I've done all that, maybe space tourism will be a possibility ... (I wish).'We shall not cease from exploration, and the end of all our exploring will be to arrive where we started and know the place for the first time. '

I totally agree with all the suggestions above and I have been very fortunate when it comes to holidays as I have visited quite a few of them. Would like to see some more of the Far East such as Vietnam and China as I think they would be a world away from ours.
Unfortunately not this year as I am off to see these lovely little creatures;-
