    I think it is a good programme and the food looks great but I think maybe in the current climate they should have families from all walks of life/annual incomes from low to high, at the moment it just seems to be families with large incomes.

    there is not reciepe for the choc fonue, pistachio brittle and the milkshake on thier web page on BBC!

    would like to try the choc fondue!

    thats fab ta! thinking of haddock? thats only fish i get from the weekly fish van lol fish is the one thing i am :eek: with!!! well apart from liver which noone eats here anyway! have sometimes made it at work. will never forget the time someone cooked liver but it was calfs liver which has a totally horrible smell compared to lambs liver. i opened the kitchen door up and almost collapsed with the smell of it in the slow cooker lol.

    i am sure someone from here made them in the last week but had a failed attempt? merrett did say its a pudding thats a hit or miss to being sucessful. you wouldnt find out until you were actually eating the pudding how successful you were.

    they said they were successful in the programme but i just realised you dont actually see the gooey centres, it was only a little part and it was kind of hidden?
  • The thing that is bugging me is that there is a fishmonger very close to their house and he drove a 15 mile round trip to get the salmon. Bet that bit of petrol put them over budget!
