    I finally got through to someone and he refused to make a booking for me. He said they aren't taking phone bookings because apparently the website is down and they aren't allowed to take bookings. I said other people have got it, that;s not fair. He replied, well put the phone down and hope to get through to a different operator and insisted on not taking the booking.

    hi dazzle- when i got through on the phone the girl just said they couldnt take bookings as the site was down- i asked her when it would be back up and she said they were trying to get it sorted and i just had to keep trying! Good job im not at work!

    got through to to a lady and she said the same thing..i was excited for 2 secs until she said keep trying online keep refreshing...i told her i had been trying since last week all hours...ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

  • Got through to the dates after numerous attempts, picked one and it crashed....again!!!

    A week to sort it and its worse than before!
  • i just tried again & the girl said they hope the site is up and running in about 2 hours! Im going to try one last time later on and if not im giving up!
    Now im debt free i want to be fat free too!
  • Got through to last page, booked the 24th at 3.30pm. Entered all details, click confirm, low and behold........service unavailable!! Not a happy puppy.
  • very embarressing for them - one of "the" "greatest stores in the world", and can't cope with a christmas booking. Not had these problems past 2 years, they will upset a lot of very loyal customers.
