I lost my perfect feedback for trying too hard to please

I'd think it was there to hide the smell of wee or the fact it hadn't been washed, probably best not to bother0

Nice idea, spraying-on a touch of perfume. But please think of all th allergy sufferers out there. If my wife received something perfumed, it would trigger-off her asthma.
As for other posters no longer adding free gifts, I don't think a small item would push-up the postage costs as they are all in weight bands.
If you are fed up with Feebays' ridiculous charges, try Ebid instead. You do have to put a bit more effort in, but as more people join, the more you sell.Never Knowingly Understood.

Thanks everybody.I will stop using the perfume but keep using the wrap and thank you card:D.
I have asthma too and I hate it when I get something in the post which smells of cigarette smoke,it makes my eyes sting and my throat closes up,I didnt even think that people could have the same reaction to the perfume.Lesson learned:o."Reaching out to touch the stars dont forget the flowers at your feet".0 -

Whenever I sell an item of clothing or handbag etc I wrap it nicely in tissue paper and add a little thank you card(business card size)to the parcel and spray it(one squirt)with a perfume, usually my fav D&G "the one",so it looks special and smells nice when opened. Then I put it in a plastic mail bag to post.
I just got a neutral saying nice item as described but parcel smelled very strongly of perfume when opened.
I think the customer maybe doesnt appreciate my taste in perfume:rolleyes:
I feel its a bit unfair as I was only trying to make the purchase more special.I started doing it after I was pleased and surprised to open a package from ebay which was tissue wrapped with perfumed card and even had a handmade paper rose decorating it.I thought it was lovely the seller had went to so much trouble to make me happy.
Does anyone else do this or have any views about it,does anyone else detest D&G perfume:o
aww, i think thats dead nice of you!0
