Becky, I know it's good fats, but my health trainer said to only have one slice a day. So the rest of it would go off before I got to eat it all, so I'm just avoiding it, and adding it to the list of 'things I'll be able to eat next year when I'm slim again'.

I used to have almost a six pack.. in the days when I went to the gym 4 days a week... have drunk a lot of beer and eaten a lot of cake since then :rotfl:

    hahahaha

i was eating cake as i read this thinking " i have to go running/walking soon" and lay off the biscuits/cake.

    terrible!!!
I have learnt from my in-debt days....never again!
  • I think its almost pointless advertising them to be honest, practically every women needs them at some point so therefore so long as you sell them in the right shops women buy them

And apart from that I buy the ones on offer any way, so I always buy always however annoying their advertising is.

    xxx

Totally Buffy, I dont understand the point in advertising either because I guess the majority buy always for towels anyways. I used too aways and it it wasnt always I wouldnt use them. However since mse I have always gone for the cheapest but to my surprise a couple months ago bodyform was on offer (reduced split packs) and I only use them now. They are softer, fit me much better and are roughly the same price as always. Shame they dont do multi pack discounts though

well, i juat had my first 'date walkout'

I atrived at the pub, he bought me a drink, we chatted, then he said he was going to the loo and would bring back menus. I waited,

and waited, looked at my phone clock cos it seem like a long time for someone to go to the loo - probably about 10 mins (and the pub only had about 4 people in it).
It was 12.44 - so i waited til 1pm, he didn't return so then i left.

I have to say I always stick to the same towel brand. But I always buy them on offer - a few months ago they were really cheap in superdrug so I bought three packs. I run packs of the pill together so I don't have periods every month, so they'll last me a while.

Scaredy, that's awful! I didn't think people actually did that outside of tv. Obviously wasn't worth the effort anyway, you've had a lucky escape!
