There's been a trend in advertisig recently to more abstract concepts - it started a few years ago with the guinness ad of the sea and the horses, but its getting a lot worse - I suspect they realise that most of the female population dont really care about 'wings' or whatever other features the pads have so they have gone down the route of 'lets say nothing really at all but make it look a bit cool'
Not sure its the right product for it though...0 -
I had chicken and avacado salad wraps for lunch whilst sitting on the beach.
All sandy now (and a tad red), just waiting for DD's to desand in the shower before I jump in...then it's jammies for the rest of the day - I love summer hols!

Yeah but good fat (taken from here: http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/mostof_avocados.shtml)
The avocado has the highest protein and oil content of any fruit. In fact, this soft-fleshed fruit can contain up to 30 per cent fat. Don't let the high fat content put you off, though; avocados contain only monounsaturated fat, which may help to reduce the risk of cancer and heart disease.0 -

BB - I have a fish called basa which I bought on a whim - its a white fish (presume its a bit like cod) and I have brown rice at home too...
I'd like to do something spicyish (I have dried chillis) but i cant think what that wont destroy the flavour of the fish - any ideas??
Or anyone else for that matter0 -
Oooo this might work - less stock and then serve over the rice:

I made a Thai curry with the same fish the other week using red curry paste, coconut milk, and some sweet potato. Was very nice and you could still taste the fish, I found it quite 'fishy' for a white fish. Holds together very well when you cook it too.Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0
