Guess it depends whether you want to get hot and sweaty and try and have a conversation or have a drink
I think I would personally probably go for a run, as long as he doesn't try to take you down some rural road for a bit of outside nooky
then you don't have to concentrate 100% on making conversation (justin case you run out of things to talk about)
