Guess it depends whether you want to get hot and sweaty and try and have a conversation or have a drink ;) I think I would personally probably go for a run, as long as he doesn't try to take you down some rural road for a bit of outside nooky ;) then you don't have to concentrate 100% on making conversation (justin case you run out of things to talk about)
Run then drink? Or run.. see how it's going... then suggest a drink if you want to spend more time together?

i think a run is more likely.... less conspicuous by going out... little people have suspicious minds!

That's it - could just buy online but am sometimes a 10 and sometimes a 12 there so want to try them on... oh well will wander into town at lunch and have a look. Dorothy Perkins could be good too!

Seem to be just about back to fitness yeah, ankle aches a little bit this morning but is much better than it was. Didn't mean to go quite so far last night but once I was out I just felt like keeping going :)
