  • Omg, this is brilliant! :j I've just got an e-mail of my old housemate, Simon. It turns out my deposit when I moved in was £400, not the £300 I thought it was, and he's sending it back any day now. I think it might be going to my dad's by accident but forwarding it shouldn't take long. So I'm getting an extra £100 which means I can get back under my limit with Lloyds and still have enough for Sept's rent, which means nearly all my wages in Aug and Sept can go towards my debts (since the rent from Oct and onwards will be covered by my student loan), which means I'll be one card down and one to go by the end of Sept! :j :j :j And breathe. :D

I survived just...have to say he was fantastic and rather sexy too which kept my mind occupied for a whole hour. Had to have the filling removed and then re-built. I did nearly go into melt down when the needle came out for the injection but just tried to switch off. So now I am a dribbling wreck sat at work and £65 worse off!

Ames fab news about the ex :)
Beanie hope the internet banking wasn't too much of a shock this morning!
Sammy, think a day of work is probably easier than a day of decorating!

At work until 2pm then I am taking DD swimming in the outdoor school pool..hope the rain holds off :)

Had a good evening, really good run and a nice chill out - got woken up in the middle of the night though by a certain person phoning me so bit tired and grumpy today

  • Morning All!

Haven't decided what to do today. Caught up with a load of emails yesterday that I'd been putting off. Today I think I need to clear washing, have another ruthless chucking out session - tons of teaching stuff "that might come in handy". Teachers must be among the worst deforestationers (that doesn't sound right!) on the planet

Ames - excellent news about the ex - now you can have things just how you want them :T

Sally, lol at sexy dentist - I spend my time trying not to count his nasal hairs :rotfl:

    Kayleigh - great result!

tenmah - hope DD feels better soon

Guess it depends whether you want to get hot and sweaty and try and have a conversation or have a drink ;) I think I would personally probably go for a run, as long as he doesn't try to take you down some rural road for a bit of outside nooky ;) then you don't have to concentrate 100% on making conversation (justin case you run out of things to talk about)

Run then drink? Or run.. see how it's going... then suggest a drink if you want to spend more time together?
