I too used to have a 6 pack-before 2 big babies and lots and lots of yummy food...
And doing karate 3 times a week helped as well. One day, I will have a 6 pack again, albeit hidden under stretch marks and a fluffy belly...Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0 -
