    It is a pretty clever marketing move.

    Who would have thought that a page hosted on the vodafone domain would be genuine.
    mabe you should give up searching for scams, you dont seem to be very good at it

    A quick update. I used the 'complaint' link. Query is still ongoing i.e. Not getting anywhere. I am awaiting a reply from an email I sent middle of last week. Thank you.

    Thanks for your offer, which I have just seen. I have now had a reply, after chasing again, and the matter has finally been resolved to my satisfaction such that I have some faith in Vodafone again. The 'complaint' link plus help on this forum finally got us there. Thank you.
