    RECIPE PLEASE:drool::drool::drool::drool::D

Oooops sorry jinky just noticed the recipe request. I have never made it before but it sounds yummy. Heres the recipe (SC but can be cooked in oven)

100g softened butter, plus more for greasing
    100g golden castor sugar
    2 med eggs, beaten
    50g sifted self raising flour
    50g ground almonds
    half tsp baking powder
    4 tbsp semi skimmed milk
finely grated zest of one lime
    100g blueberries

grease 1lb loaf tin and line with parchment paper.
Place trivet or upturned saucer in SC and put enough cold water to cover.
Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy then slowly add eggs beating well after each addition.
Fold in flour, almonds and baking powder then add milk and lime zest.
Place enough blueberries in tin to just cover base
Fold the rest of the b/berries into mixture then spoon mix into tin
Put tin into SC and put lid on.
Cook on high for about 3-3.5 hours

If you want to use the oven bake it for approx 50 mins on 170C (325F)

Hope its as good as it sounds. I will be doing mine in SC this afternoon!

    Arrrggghhhh

The garage where my car is due to have its MOT done today has just phoned. Their MOT chap has gone sick so they can't do it. Earliest they can do is Saturday. It's due tomorrow - 30th

I now have to scurry around finding another garage that can do it in the time frame. Then phone customer services to get my money back as I paid upfront online!

    Arrgggghhh
