    Afternoon all

I haven't been on for a couple of days, I needed to step away. I realise it's me that's the problem and I take things too much to heart but I felt really inadequate last week because I couldn't get Friday's star. Yes, pathetic.

I'm still going to be flyladying but maybe not posting when I've finished a day. I will continue to work to my own days anyway but just change them around if I need to - today for instance the weather is good so I've done the bedroom and got the bedding washed and dried, normally that's a Wednesday job for me.

Thank you to Pigpen/Soappie/Toots for all your work. I've just got a mixed-up head.

I hope you don't mind if I continue to read the posts and post myself sometimes.

Know exactly how you feel, I'm considering backing off for a bit too. xxxxx

Just going to put my oar in before I leave work:

NONE OF YOU ARE ALLOWED TO LEAVE, IT'S LIKE HOTEL CALIFORNIA HERE!!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

We are a lovely thread, we support each other and we CERTAINLY don't want anyone feeling they arn't up to scratch/letting side down.

    Right off my soapbox! ;)

If I could find my list of challenges for the week I'd post them as I completed them. Will have a trawl before home time. Desk is cleared and I'm doing sweet FA now!!

I'm sad to see people considering backing off...as a p/t flylady I usually do the jobs to suit me/my house arrangement and the days I'm off so I usually do the beds Friday. I'm totally off list today anyway because I did my bedroom on Sunday - pointless to do it again IMHO.
What I have done today is
    • pick blackcurrants
    • put ironing away
    • washed and dried a small load of washing
    • made (even MORE) blackcurrant jam
    • pruned blackcurrant bushes
    • mulched blackcurrant bushes with homemade compost
    • phoned insurers
    • received call from BG to book boiler and fire service which is supposed to be happening imminently
    • cleaned out one of the display cabinets in the dining room and washed everything in it so it's all nice and shiny...ONGOING (This is a job off my Summer list but since I have to stay in I thought it a good idea to get on with it. There'll be another to do, too. The other one contains my lead crystal glasses which I love washing because then they really sparkle...)
    • read thread and chipped in LOL
with all due respect to Pigpen (of whom I am in awe) unless you can fly every day a shuffle is necessary and no way can everyone do every list on the day it's posted- because other things happen.

Please don't go! And if we could only post if and when we properly flew we'd have to kick out quite a few flyladies - and THAT'S not going to happen...naming no names...:rotfl:

DS has just returned from playing football on the park and is wondering what I have done in the dining room - ah well at least it's been noticed. Contents of display are arranged artfully over table while I wait for the last few bits to dry off! If I move though he'll slip in here and go on Runescape...so if I go AWOL you know why! See you later!

decluttered (inot the bin) one milk/cream jug from tea set that has an ominous crack down it. Found two items for charity shop too. So they've been added to that pile! Declutterd plie of prunings too. 'Green' bin is brimful!
