  • Good Evening Everyone....

Hope you are all ok and hugs for those that are poorly.

I have had a skim through the thread as I have not been here for a little while - you are a busy lot!:rotfl::rotfl: I have done very little over the last few days as I have been shattered when i have got home from work. But it is the weekend and I am on holiday - I have to do a bit of work just gettting things in order - should take an hour or so but can't reach the table yet so will wait a little while.

We are going to Bath on Monday after I drop the work file off.... I have just found out there is no internet - most peeved.

Can I ask you lot a question please?? I have a large brick shed that I was going to turn into the kitchen as it is bigger than my current kitchen but DS is hoping to go to Uni in September and DD will go in 2 years. So would I be better making it into a study - this would be a cheaper option and it will only be me at home then. If this is the case I could start this weekend and get rid of the old kitchen cupboards in there and could move my bookcases and the old kitchen table to make a desk. I could flog the dishwasher on Ebay and have more room.

    What do you think?

Forgot to say - after much phoning of the housing association the other day they have given Mum and Dad a viewing on Wednesday - so now I have to drive back from Bath to Buckinghamshire for the viewing as they don't want to go on their own! They are 2nd on the list so may no get it. It would be great as it is a 2 bed bungalow.

shed clearance going well! I have just washed the beach tackle - buckets, spades etc. These are going into school for the reception class to use (the reception teacher doesn't know yet but as they will all be clean I am sure she'll be pleased!).
Took bag of DD's clearing into charity shop along with a few choice items I added. They didn't want DD's scooter (health and safety) so I have offered that on freecycle too.
I must pluck up the energy to strip and change the beds - didnt' do it earlier as I was so grubby!
Oh, and the gas man has been and the fire has been serviced - I was busy helping him clean it too - I asked him to take the glass off!
    Beds here I come...

We have a dolly too.. she is still dolly at 12!! When she was born she looked just like a little doll (4lb 9oz) she was absolutely adorable.. but we also have.. The boy, bunny, bear, then dolly, then Bug/noodles, Mimi/meemaloo, moomin and Tiddles/Twinkle/Quaverface.

And they wonder why I can't remember their real names!
smiley-laughing021.gif Love it - I call DS either spud, pal, the boy or kid.

On a flying note - I am way behind and dont think I will get much done tonight as DS is easily woken. Will try and get Thursdays lists finished once he settled.......

Hope you are all well - I only skim read the posts since this morning. Hugs to all that need them
