Me too
Thanks for all the encouragement and good wishes for the interview :AI think it went well, but I'll have to see whether they call me back to arrange the final one. I now need to spend tomorrow and the weekend reviewing contracts (so I'll be nice and mark them all up for the person replacing me, so he knows which ones need renegotiating and which clauses are problematic... but I might not put in all the detail about exactly what needs doingand why!). I've also got a lot of research to do, and I'm currently trying to persuade two ex-colleagues to meet up with me so that I can pick their brains!
So I expect the sun will shine  Sexymouse... if you're up for a walk tomorrow late afternoon/Sat or Sun I could do with a break. Otherwise I need to wait until I know about this last interview before I commit to anything...0 -

my nannan has passed away this morning and it is my mums' birthday today as well, feel in shock and can't show anything to DD as she is too young to understand anything and unfortunately she never knew her, just want to cry
hugs to you, i hope you have some one to talk to about it even if its on here, might help to write on here how you are feeling.0 -

It's not bad because it's what your LO needs - you are doing what is right for her and that is good. I have worked with many children who need extra calories and it feels weird to go against usual advice and give them butter, cream, mayo, full fat milk and yoghurts etc. but they need it. Someone yesterday mentioned maxijoule - have you been giving any? Your GP should be able to prescribe it and you can add it to food and drink to increase the calories. That helps with every mouthful.

That could depend on how much I drink tonight

Actually, I normally am in trousers and some sort of boot or trainer but I can posh up when I need to.
Thank you all for your approval on the dress. I just nipped next door and showed NN - it has her approval too.
The wedding is the 8th - a week on Saturday which is why I'm really hoping that me and DiL go down with the flu tomorrow so we're recovered in time! DD is on the mend slowly - she is just suffering from profuse sweating and serious fatigue now. DS is doped up with lemsip but still has a fever of 100.6 even with the drugs. But he's up and on his computer so he ain't dying....
Will update the stars in a bit. And I promise to pay more attention...I am the leading lady in the movie of my life
