Just spoke to Littlewoods customer services and explained the problem in detail. She said it was showing on my account as the Sanyo set and THAT is what would be delivered.

I'd advise people to contact Littlewoods and cancel their order before they end up with the wrong TV.

From the Littlewoods T&C :

2.1 All orders placed through our website will be subject to our acceptance of the order.

2.2 When you submit an order to us on our website you will receive a 'bounce back' confirmatory email of this order saying that we are processing your order. You will then receive a second email from us acknowledging your order and giving you estimated timescales for delivery. You should check both emails for accuracy and let us know immediately if there are any errors. Neither of these emails constitute acceptance of the order by us. Your order will be accepted by us (and a contract will then be formed between us) when we despatch the goods to you. Title to the goods will pass to you on delivery.

So -

a) it might not be a "32-in HD ready LCD plasma television"
b) they don't have to send it to you if it is
c) they might get sniffy about the promotional codes

As was stated in the previous post, they do not have to honor any order and lets face it we ordered a LCD PLASMA tv! The only agreement you have with Littlewoods is when the item turns up at your door.

How do i get these codes to work? i put the codes in but when i get to the order page it says

when i have to put my credit card details in. whats that about?

Looks like a lot of Sanyo Widescreen CRT TV's are going to be delivered in May unless people cancel their orders !
