Oh yes, I used to have a desk top pc and hubby said he only ever seen the back of my head:D
So, I treated myself to a laptop so I can sit beside him and enter comps:rotfl:
The worst thing is the postie ringing the door bell, for some reasonI never hear it but DH does so he has to run down the stairs at 7:30am in his jammies:eek:
Oh, and when it comes to ironing and DH has nothing to wear for work........(don't worry he can iron but we have an agreement that I iron and he cuts grass/hedge etc)0 -
Ds1 and ds2 have a bit of a whinge but only cos we share the laptop and they want to use it, but they dont mind allocating the prizes
I get Pub vouchers and beauty stuff etc, they get gadgets:rolleyes:
I need to win a laptop0 -
yeah, my dh used to moan about me doing comps, that was until i won a large sum of money on the ITV comp last year:j now he asks me if i'm upto date on the comps:rolleyes: and stalks the postman:eek::j0

My hubby used to complain that I was wasting my time. Then the wins started coming in and now he's just as excited as me to see what the postman brings. He does moan that the house work is being neglected but who cares if the ironing pile now touches the ceiling :rotfl:
The kids have even got the comping bug now. When they go to the shop to buy a sweetie they look out for ones that have competitions on them. I just need to win a couple of laptops now and I can get them entering comps for me as well!Apr wins - £70 :jMay Wins - £350 :T June wins - £579

haha, I'm exactly the same, I got complaints that I was permanently glued to the laptop (I tried arguing whats the difference between doing this and watching the tv like you're doing - at least I might get something out of it - but to no avail) which continued until recently. Now mum's mysteriously gone quiet since she's got a drawer full of expensive smellies and a digital radio, and now sis has a free phone, she wants in on the act. She announced one morning that she'd been entering comps here, and couldn't understand when I had a bit of a flaky until I explained many comps were one entry per household
so don't worry just win him some things and he'll come round0 -
Like the others have said already - my BF always moaned at me that I was wasting my time and I should get the housework done. But then I won him a case of beer (I don't drink) so now he's just as excited as me when the postman turns up! All this week he's been jumping out of bed as soon as he hears the poor postie in case I'd won MotoGP tickets. I haven't won any so of course it's my fault 'cos I should spend more time finding comps! But we're going to go anyway so he's happy enough lol!0

Hi......I know you are moaning about hubbys, but can I join in anyway's?!
My partner always moans about me being on here, but she didnt moan when I gave her a netbook that I won last year for her uni work, and she didnt moan when I won Real Deal last year either!!
And the Christmas box of goodies is being nicely built up from some prizes I have won this year so I doubt that she will moan about that on christmas day either!
It's not like we are on here ALL of the hours of the day......just about half of them!! :rotfl:2010 Running Total - £8
