T&C's Changes to Virgin Monthly: Can I terminate contract?

Hi

Im on pay monhly contract but ive heard people have canceled there contract early due to changes? Has anyone tried this yet? Whats the procedure like? Im considering doing mine this week.

The changes were to Orange's T&C's, V haven't changed anything (that I've seen?) so you have no grounds to concel, sorry. . .

oh are you sure? cause on the site it says virgin mobile aswell..unless im going crazy lol

virgin have changed their t&c's - they are offering customers who will be hit financially some great deals with loads of extra minutes each month

Virgin have been the easiest to deal with over a change in the T&C's. I phoned them up yesterday, spent no more then 10 minutes on the phone explaining why I wanted to cancel 4 months in to an 18 month contract (change in T&C's being detrimental etc) and they didn't quibble, let me change to a sim only monthly rolling contract.

Far less hassle then I had with O2 and T-Mobile when they tried the same thing!!!
