Having had my 13 week interview a few weeks ago, have been signing on now every week (presume for 6 weeks going on previous threads). one lady was doing enquiries as well as point 1 & point 2 and another person has people down to sign on at the same time.

Thankfully my job centre I've found to be nice, some people more helpfull than others but no big complaints.
