Hi everyone,
A quick message to express my support and thanks. I'm one of the people who, to use a euphemism, was 'born two pints behind everyone else' and has been following your threads for some time now. Since doing so, I've made a conscious decision to cut down and - with apologies for being a leech - benefited from your discussions, your highs and lows. Since cutting back a bit, I feel a lot better; limit myself to a couple of glasses of wine a night, and feel loads less depressed and stressed, and more able to face the world. Your discussions have really rung a bell with me.
I need to keep on top of this, but think I may have turned a corner. I think I owe everyone a huge vote of thanks.

You're not a leech, if you've benefitted from the thread then it's the posters here who thank you for saying so. You may not want to post your fears and feelings on an open forum and that's fine
Feel welcome to post again, no matter what your circumstances and I'm sure we all wish you the best of luck :T:j The £2 CSC = £48 in carton£100 banked Mar 06V-Free : 4 weeks0 -

Wondered where you were, So there is no point in me going to the shop tomorrow for crisps then because you eat them all, I only wanted a packet of Cheese and Onion
