just a quick thanks to all of you. your messages of support are very much appreciated and i'll make a concerted effort to stay on the straight and narrow.

i had 1 weatabix but the milk i use is made with cream......and i ate it
dont think i get a way with minis....cant just have one of them :eek:

plan is weaned off the demon this is my 4th day.....last drink was sunday

weaned back onto food...............refusing to go on the scales......i know my 8lb gone......try and get it back........how did it go last nite susie

You and me both Shirl. Did nothing but pig out yesterday and felt really gross.

Yesterday was hard, today is going to be very hard! Thursday is (was) one of my big drinking nights. Finish work at 8.30 then go buy lots of wine, settle down in front of House and Grey's Anatomy and neck as much wine as poss. Don't usually remember what I've watched after that. It's going to be so difficult!

3 Days under my belt again. The sober headache appears to be back, big time.

GPs are fed, cleaned out yesterday.

Family are being supportive, parents are using any exscuse to ring, could get a little tiring.

Cheerios for me, i never get to pick what is bought.
