    got to get a rota going.....wen we are having good day help them who
    having a bad one..vice verse been dipping in and out couldnt even post
    dont feel to strong at the moment...........chewed a nail off today
    so it looks odd took ages to grow them........i have to get a extension

    or chew the other 9 off....start again :eek:
