    I have tried everything today lol, probably my worst day so far, feel so angry, resentful and all of that at myself! I resented everyone who didn't work BH weekend thats around me because I knew they'd be out enjoying themselves. Now it's my 'weekend-(days off)'. I feel like I deserve it too. Yet I'm sitting here agin on my bloody own....christ I sound selfish! Sorry guys :o

    Nothing to be sorry for kaz. If letting the frustration out here helps relieve it then we don't mind :grouphug:

    That all sounds very familiar! It's one of my favourite reasons as well - giving myself a reward. Trouble is the reward usually turns into a mega binge especially if I start feeling sorry for myself, know just how you feel. Keep talking to us.

    I'm struggling today Mich. Little demon on my shoulder keeps telling me I don't really have drink problem and just 1 or 2 won't hurt...............
