Sort of, gave the carrot last night, but no more dry food. Don't like the way half gets thrown cause they don't like it, if they're hungry they will, just like the children:eek:

Carrot and top up this morning:D

Morning Maria, Al, Shirley and anyone I missed.

I'm struggling now - day 3. Had to drive very fast past the offie on way home from work at 8.30 last night. I would usually have a bottle and half of red wine at least on a tues night after work. Had to go to bed to stop myself thinking about out it but then couldn't sleep.

Al, I really take your point about this not being a cure but I have big problem asking for help. It was such a huge step for me to just come on here and tell the truth. I have always been the carer/nurturer/prop (dogsbody?) for everyone else and its not easy to change. At the moment this is all I can do but i know it's not the long term answer, one day at a time eh?

Thanks everyone for your support, God knows I need it right now!

    Morning all

Well done again susie :grouphug: I know what you mean about asking for help, I say far more on here than I do in real life :) Mind you having tried the conventional and professional help previously, it didn't for me :(

Hi Grex and welcome, will try to get a few thoughts together for you to contemplate :)
