what's the meetings like out that way brodev? it's good to hear that your doing well in life so far down the line. kinda beats home the promises i hear at every meeting.

i just got back from a meeting (AA) and got a couple of laff's at jokes in a share i did(not the main one) which was good. i hate it when i tell a joke and no1 seems to notice. <

Got told i should'nt be asking for share's for CA in the AA meeting and can kinda see the person's popint but cant help feeling that if he knew the full score of CA he would'nt have said it. nevermind peoves i still dont like being told whst i dont want to.

hope every1 else is alright. i have felt like feelie inthe past pushing parents away, i've since learnt that i could'nt love others when i hated myself.

anyway thats me for tonight. i'm off to make some outragous comments else where.

I was going to ask what a CA was......

Al, a smallholding in France would do me very nicely as well
Just I'm too thick to learn another language, I've tried but it just won't go in my head.

Beer, friends bought a chateau and some gites a couple of years ago, the children picked up the lingo easily, the dad picked it up reasonably easy, bacause it didn't bother him when he was wrong. The Mrs gets embarrased getting it wrong, so is behind.

But as I got thrown out of French at school for being carp, maybe not for me

CA is cociance anonymous, same book just change in your head drinking and alcohol to using and whatever.....

i dont think the bloke knew what it's all about...

hi yeah, the difference is some people still think alcoholism and drug addiction are to different illness's. i dont hold with this veiw. and alcoholic in my veiw is an addict of alcohol.

the only difference is that CA tradition 5 says addict not alcoholic.


for those of you that wonder tradition 5 is " each group has one primary purpose-to carry it's message to the addict/alcoholic who still suffers"
