Dieting is easy compared to this! Which reminds me, diet starts on Monday, so tonight is the best night to drink. Hate to admit it, but I'm planning on it.

but how long would it take !!!!! and hopefully you wouldnt end up

at a mental institute with a 'wet' brain.. or maybe you would !!!!

depends on if you have the smallest, teeny weeniest, amount
of self worth left... then dont do it.........

if your strong enough to go back to hell and dont want to
get back out... ( because it WILL be harder.. but not inpossible)
noone and there army can stop you......

but for the last few weeks you have tasted a life of sobriety.....
it can only get better with time. your problems will not go away unless you sort them out......and lets face it.........

other people cope with problems........we are not on our own...
we will not be the last person on earth to have these problems and the
problems are not the most worst ever ever problem to exist in the land of problems are they ????

your head is out to get you.... just dont pick up.......

go make some cakes...... do something precious with your sober time..

and maybe... just maybe...... you might be able to fight your head..

go and sit on a bench in the middle of a busy town and watch all the other people rushing by.........

I'm gonna go for a walk, gotta go to the shop, and I need to work out which way I want to go. Well, I know which way I want to go, down the spirit aisle, but I gotta to work out if I want to fight a little more.
Really don't see the point though, but I'll try.

I don't do electricals either
I'm off to the shop. And I'm not going to buy drink. Cos I can't. Medication And I'm on a higher dose now, so it is very likely I'd have a bad reaction. I want to be in control of how things end, I don't want it to happen by accident.
Sigh.
It'll all be alright eventually. Might try and go to a meeting again :-/ Maybe I should.
So frustrating how it plays with your mind. Dirty, dirty tricks really. Can't believe how bad it is. I could care less about the smoking, but the drinking, I just can't stop thinking about it.
Fine, I'll do things how they are supposed to be done.
I'm going for a walk to clear the air.
Then i'm going to phone a friend and talk things through.
Then I'm going to go to the shop and not walk down the drinks aisile.
I'm gonna come home, and do some housework.
And I'm going to think about going to a meeting.
Thats what I'm supposed to do isn't it?
