Hope everyone enjoyed christmas as much as possible, and that you all came out the other side.

I had my hardest moment on christmas eve. Dad: "Feelie, do you want a glass of tequila?" Feelie: "No Dad, I don't drink remember!" Dad:"Ooops, sorry." I refused the tequila! Was the only time I was offered a drink, although brother did invite me to the pub a couple of times, but I declined.

So here I am, back home, and I've been drink free (and smoke free!) for the past 32 days

hi guys... hope everyone made it to the other side ok

i managed to get to a meeting on christmas day..

dont no why, i didnt have any intentions of going....

but this overwhelming feeling of.. 'i must go there'...... came over me

i think it was right after i opened a pressie of liqueur chocolates :rolleyes: ..

since the meeting ive had a kind of peacefulness and serine feeling about me..

my oara is calm :rolleyes: :A

im even looking forward to the new year.. i now just want to face
my fears and sort them out so i can stop running and have time
to breath in the fresh air

difficult to explain.. like when someone walks in the room and immediatly
you no they are angry cause of the vibes there sending... hostile and short tempered....

well my vibes are calm and peaceful.... and no i havent been on
