mmmm yes i never hid my drinking as o/h drunk. I did use to nick his when he wasnt looking tho:) i just hope it gets easier like you said maybe i am just an irritable sod as well. I am just fed up of wanting a drink it makes me !!!!ed off with myself. I am enjoying my coco tho:)

Everyones different

So do you do exercise? Or planning to take some up? My good intention is to walk a couple of miles at lunchtime But that means delaying hometime and I hate to do that

How's your husband? Drinking or cutting back?

One of my colleagues has taken to going for a drink every lunch time and organising drinking with different people every night! Feelie mentioned she did that. He's only 31 and supposed to be getting married next year. Not sure he really wants to.

you are naughty. Yes i do exercise i walk fast for about an hour a day to work and half way back:) I love walking i do my thinking when i walk. I used to go to the gym and gave that up then i went swiming which i loved, but same as you delayed my hometime.

Actually I feel guilty if I'm not at home, I don't have me time, I know I spend a lot of time on here, but I'm also doing other things for Mrs Mac and the young Mac's. I should really get a hobby, go walking or something for me

husband is not drinking and very tense who could be connected feelie and your collegue ? whats he doing going out everynite if hes getting married soon. Doesnt sound like he wants to give up the bachelor life does it:)

yeh me time, my o/h is a computer buff and loves his games. I am left alone all nite poor me computer widow:( You would probably enjoy a really brisk walk great for just me time and thinking.
