That can be me sometimes, you're using it as a way to relax everynight. You have to stop, you might know the proceedure.......... you have to do it yourselfm you have to want to do it......... and yes, its bloody hard.

Try to think of something else to do, the same as me, we have to find another way to let the things out, that alcohol is doing. Somethings work for me sometimes, not always.
sorry i am not being thick but what works... this is honestly what i found so hard what do you do to relieve the stress or pain of the day...

That medear is the million dollar question :D

Different for everyone, hit yourself on the head with a hammer, do a crossword, do adult stuff, go for a walk, sort out your undie draw (copyright ac), anything as long as it takes your mind off alcohol for the next minute.

And thats it, one minute at a time.

    No easy option.

Come here alot, that can help.

Mine wasn't a sad tale, I just couldn't cope, drink helped a bit, then a bit more and a bit more and a.......

Sad tale started after I'd been drinking to much.

Never actually sober, do things at least a little tiddily, easily becomes the norm, often a happy chappy at work, on the outside anyway.

    Why do you drink jayne?

Everyones different, only you can be honest with yourself if you have a problem.

Come back tomorrow after thinking about it.
