Lewt - I appreciate the comments, I really do. I value yours, and everyone elses opinions.

I think I need the meds right now - something isn't right if I'm feeling like this - I shouldn't be that unhappy should I? I just want to get better.
And I am trying the talking thing, I have got someone I can talk to which is good, but I'm still not able to open up completely. One day maybe.

    Hi Jayne

If you know it or not, I'm guessing people around you already know something is up.
You can tell us as little or as much as you like.

Didn't hear you say there, you wanted to stop, just you drink too much?

Don't go away. Or if you do come back again.

    jayne, each to their own.

I couldn't do AA, but brodev has said he'll talk to me one to one, if I need that, I will take him up on it.

If I thought I was going down hill, I hope I would give AA a try, the spiritual side puts me off, "God" didn't help me when I fell into alcoholism.

Why do you drink, working that one out is a good starting point.

    as beer says, stick around.
  • This is my 2nd day I think. Don't think I drank yesterday. Pretty sure I didn't anyway.
