honestely no .... that first drink its like for the first time my mind just stops fighting i feel so relaxed and slow and thats nice.... Im not weird honest i walk 40 minutes a day to work so i can think and not be stressed i love that. By the end of the day i am so tired... drinking is carthatic it dosent unleash any hate anymore just being at peace i think a person dependant on drugs feels the same.. By the way at work they think i am so full of fun.... anyone seen friends fun bobby...

you guys are so nice i have no sad tale honest like the rest of you crap happens i just seem to fall along the way i have had to two bottles of wine and a bottle of cider with o/h and i am still with it... i dont think i am an alcholic i think that i am a habitual drinker i dont want to drink morning afternoon just night... my sister just given up for 3 weeks god she was a real drinker but she sounds so goddam miserable... depression or drink ....

That can be me sometimes, you're using it as a way to relax everynight. You have to stop, you might know the proceedure.......... you have to do it yourself, you have to want to do it......... and yes, its bloody hard.

Try to think of something else to do, the same as me, we have to find another way to let the things out, that alcohol is doing. Somethings work for me sometimes, not always.
