the MSE team have given their backing to the thread and are happy with it's supportive and chatty nature,
therefore all posts questioning the existence of this thread will be reported and deleted

And anyone who 'dares' to offer help which is not of the usual 'poor me' kind will have their posts deleted...

May i ask you why you keep deleting my posts? Im not really sure what i am doing wrong here, or has a decision been made to delete non-alcoholics posts

It may be a good idea if some people dont like certain posts then dont quote them knowing you will get another response which you dont like - or maybe its about members not their posts

    Hello,

I am not a drinker, a glass of wine now and then is all I need. However I have seen the uphill struggle of those battling against excess alcohol and anyone prepared to undertake this struggle has my admiration. I remember the hard days that giving up smoking brought me, so I know a bit about fighting an addiction.

May you all go from strength to strength, and let's hope that all "outsiders" who visit this thread from now are supportive and encouraging.

    Best wishes

    xxx

I just wanted to say, I feel am lucky to know you all.

Tonight has been a nasty night for me, in more ways than one, my home life as many of you know, hasn't been a fairground ride for a while. Tonight, on top of what we have got from the thread has been hard.

I'm not going away, but I won't be back for tonight, I wish you all the best.

No doubt you will be back tomorrow as yet another alias. Will you be willing to discuss? I doubt it. You will do exactly what you have done for the past few days. Voice your opinion and claim everyone is against you.

Quote from my favourite funny film "You're in more dire need of a blow job than any white man in history!"

No I wont come back as an alias.

Could somebody let me know how long a PPR lasts. Or do they tell me? Can it be forever:eek: .

Apologies to all who asked me not to post.

PS Spoke to Mrs Mac, in Cornwall, so long as the house remains in a clean state for the family return on Saturday, I have no jobs to do:j

I can spend the weekend sailing. I can go to work early, come home early, go sailing.

PPS Sailing is sooooooo relaxing, a bit damp sometimes, but relaxing.:D

    hi al!

shame there wasn't enough wind for you today. x

just come back from taking the dog for a good long walk round the racecourse, lovely evening, no breeze, warmth of a spring day........poor dog is cream crackered, chasing sticks like he thinks he's a young pup!

so a week alone, with nothing to do, not even the housework......sounds idillic to me! fancy coming and helping me get my house sorted then?:D

    xx

well, i can send ya some virtual meals up, if you like, and you could stick them in the freezer to last you all week.................

you need to get a lav nav al! i got one for the lads in my household for xmas, brill invention. its a light that sticks to the toilet seat, it glows green when the lid is down, so us ladies can tinkle safely, and red when the seat is up, so the men in the house can see where to aim.........:rotfl: , as for the loo rolls that'll need topping up, well, how many do you plan on using between now and when mrs mac comes back? or is it the number of lady friends you're inviting round while she's away, are you worried about giving the game away? didn't get my invite btw!:p
