Just dropping by, not stopping.......can hear movement upstairs!

I see all your days are going up again, very well done all.

I only flicked through the last 2 pages, and loved the hymns, made all the hairs on my neck stand up, took me back to the school hall! Can smell the polish wooden floor now! Wish i was back there....

Only well, I aint, so gotta rush and get my own kiddies, to their polished wooden school floors b4 9am, so better rush!

Better than yesterday, feel very good today thanks.

No smoking was hardest yesterday, how I got through without having one all day, I'm not sure, just kept busy all day to keep my mind off things, that mainly meant working in the garden. So now I am the proud owner of scratches all over me. Mind you, thats situation as normal for me

Missed you again ac, had to go into the real world and do real worldy stuff, no panicky feelings of any kind, which is a improvement to say the least.

My poems are terrible, but I like them, not really mad enough to post one on here, sorry. About how I feel at the time I write them, so I'm either floating on air or 6 feet under normally
