I assume you mean for flour, try this link

Note the different weights for different ingredients, this is because a cup is a measure of volume not weight.0 -
One US measuring cup measures 8 fluid ounces. find a measuring jug and pour in flour to the 8 fl oz mark, then throw the flour in the scales to see how heavy it is.printmeister wrote: »Hi,

My Murphy Richards cup is a standard american one so I bought a set of metal ones cheaply and use these now. You don't need to buy from MR as the replacement set is more expensive if I remember correctly.
As for Yeast I use Doves Farm in the little orange bags. It never fails and is cheaper than buying the individual sachets of Hovis yeast.0
