Thankyou but I just googled the model and found the insruction manual online and I have another idea on where to look for the measuring cup..I'll have another go at another loaf when Ive bought some fresh yeast. Which yeast does everyone use?love my little man he is amazing :j0

Wendy, yes the yeast was old..the sachet was open, but pegged closed but I guess this was the reason for failure then?
that would be my guess. I get the Dove yeast in an orange packet for about £1ish at Booths. I think it last about 8 - 10 weeks in the fridge pegged closed then does not do it's job anymore.
Don't give up!Wendy0 -
What is Booths? Sorrylove my little man he is amazing :j0

What is Booths? Sorry
Sorry it's a Northern Supermarket. I forget they are not everywhere!
This is what I use and have good results unless I don't use if for a while.

I use the little sachets of Hovis yeast and keep it in the fridge. I think all the supermarkets sell it.
It's only a game

If you want any of the recipes that came with it I'll post them on here later, just let me know.
Hi,
I have also lost the measuring cup from the Morphy Richards 48260. I wonder if you could tell me what 1 cup is in weight (grams or ounces).
All the Best
