    I've had 2 PC's, 4 monitors, phone charger, laptop charging, dect phone, 2x speakers, freeview box, CRT TV and various other computery stuff all running off one socket and it's fine...

    It is perfectly safe to use multiple gang socket boards to increase the number of socket outlets available, as protection is provided by the fused plugs.
