Exactly, i never understood why they removed this for sellers. Ive contacted ebay about this as neither of us have left feedback yet, however i feel he may now leave negative out of spite that i got a refund.
He has committed theft and I am hoping they will do something about it but i fear its wishful thinking. :rolleyes:0 -
AFAIK you can add a pertinent comment below any negative by way of explanation, such as:- Buyer "accidently" sent wrong laptop back and had to claim on Paypal.
If I saw something like this I'd run a mile.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0 -
