Exactly, i never understood why they removed this for sellers. Now buyers know they can do anything they please and still get a green, cos lets face it, some people don't have the time to read all the comments, just see a green and keep scrolling.

Ive contacted ebay about this as neither of us have left feedback yet, however i feel he may now leave negative out of spite that i got a refund.
He has committed theft and I am hoping they will do something about it but i fear its wishful thinking. :rolleyes:

AFAIK you can add a pertinent comment below any negative by way of explanation, such as:- Buyer "accidently" sent wrong laptop back and had to claim on Paypal.
If I saw something like this I'd run a mile.

Thanks for the suggestion, i will have a think about that one should he finally leave feedback.
